Account data- your name, email address and (if you sign in with Google) your Google account's basic profile. Usage data - the URLs you audit and the resulting reports, stored so your dashboard can show your history. Leads - if you request a demo, the checklist, or an emailed report, we store the details you submit so we can follow up.
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. When optional analytics or the homepage AskSila assistant is enabled, those providers may use cookies or similar identifiers for preferences, analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and security. EscalateReach does not set advertising cookies or sell this information.
When live chat is available, questions are sent to the configured AI processor (Anthropic or Google) solely to generate the response.
When you use the website assistant, we may keep only each final question and generated answer so the team can improve support. We do not attach an IP address, email, account, page, AI provider or hidden system instructions to that history. Retained conversations are reviewable only by an administrator. A conversation holds at most ten exchanges, expires 30 days after its most recent stored exchange, and can be deleted from the open chat widget while its private deletion credential remains in that page's memory. Deleted or expired records may remain temporarily in managed database backups until the provider's normal backup rotation; those copies are not active chat history and are used only for infrastructure recovery.
The public homepage may instead show an AskSila Website Twin supplied by WisdomLabs.AI, Inc. (AskSila/Viven). If you use that widget, AskSila processes the messages and conversation activity you submit and may process technical data such as your IP address, browser or device, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, and diagnostic signals to provide and secure its service. Avoid sharing sensitive information. AskSila's handling and deletion options are described in its privacy policy.
Paid plans are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Your card details go directly to them and never touch our servers. See the Dodo Payments privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Application data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon) and the app is hosted on Vercel. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the processors named here.
You can change your name or password from Settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. Audits of your site run only when you (or someone) submits your URL - see robots directives on your own site to control crawling generally.
